Yoko discovers, underneath the ocean, a satellite town of Vinea. Here rulse the destructive queen Hegora. She has the ambition to conquer Vinea with an army of programmed children that she has tuned into technicians of death.
The archangel has to charm Yoko before she wants to help him. Only later she finds out that he is a robot.
